Description: The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the greater Russellville area to find a Project Engineer for their team! The client offers competitive salary, top benefits, and would be able to offer full relocation assistance for this role.

This role oversees the major utilities in the plant and will manage projects associated with the utilities.

The right candidate needs to have strong project management experience and a solid technical foundation of processing equipment, HVAC, Waste Water, plumbing, Ammonia, Boilers/Refrigeration, and Electrical.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• This role will manage and oversee the operations and projects associated with the Utilities in the plant including processing equipment, HVAC, Waste Water, plumbing, Ammonia, Boilers/Refrigeration, and Electrical.
• This role will be the subject matter expert on all utilities within the plant, it is critical to have the technical foundation in this field
• You will constantly look for ways to improve the process on best practices in the industry including equipment, employee training, and overall operation
• You will manage the hourly workforce team associated with utilities including training, performance, timekeeping, and staffing
• Strong experience in engineering drawing, AutoCAD, and infrastructure understanding required
• Work hand in hand with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse on project timelines, forecasting future projects, and any issues/concerns with product quality and downtime

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technical degree Required
• Project Management Experience Required
• Plant Engineering experience Required
• Required experience in food, beverage, plastics, packaging, metals, or related industries
