The Role
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
The growing Enterprise Program Office is seeking a highly energetic and self-starter to join this dynamic team.
A successful candidate will have an acute attention to detail with in-depth experience developing and reviewing project plans and associated performance tracking metrics with strong computer skills (Microsoft Office products). Be able to conduct performance analysis, trend analysis and variance analysis to identify performance pressure points.
Defines improvement projects aligned with business strategies. Specifically defines, designs, documents, and implements continuous improvement programs to ensure programs are integrated across organization. Analyzes improvement programs and potential results. Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success. Installs process excellence supports for program governance, project reviews, communications, training, certifications and rewards.
Should have a strong ability to communicate to all levels of leadership. Should possess the necessary verbal and written communication skills to successfully interface with various organizations throughout the company (and various job levels within those organizations). The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to build teams with internal/external customers and within their own organization.
Experience or familiarity with EVM-based cost analysis, labor resource management, operational schedules, and managing operational objectives and tasks. Analyze budget, manning and project plans, provide regular briefings to management on business performance, risks and recommend solutions.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant exempt experience; Master's Degree and 4 year of relevant professional experience
