Horizon Farm Credit is seeking a full-time Project Management Intern for the summer of 2025 in either our Mount Joy, PA, Dover, DE, or Westminster, MD branch location. To view locations, visit Locations | Horizon Farm Credit (horizonfc.com) .

Selected candidate will participate in a 10-12 week internship. Summer Intern hours are 8:00a.m. - 4:30p.m., Monday - Friday. Interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter, and unofficial transcript through the application link by October 31.

Position Overview - As the Project Management Intern you will have an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, working closely with experienced professionals on various projects. You will assist in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will also have the opportunity to network with industry professionals, participate in social events with other interns, and give back to the community.

Areas of Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and reports
• Support project managers in tracking project progress and performance
• Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and technical documentation
• Communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the project management team

Required Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business, Communications, or relevant majors
• 3.0 GPA or Higher
• Experience with relevant coursework in Business, Project Management, Organizational Development, and Communications.
• Ability to work independently, learn new tasks, solve problems, and show strong self-motivation
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytic orientation
