RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Northbrook, IL.Key Tasks:- Project Planning and Execution: Project Manager will develop, implement, and manage project plans for IAM initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to gather requirements and ensure project success
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively
- Communication: As a Project Manager, you will provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, issues, and changes in scope
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with IAM best practices
- Training and Support: Facilitate training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to promote IAM awareness and usage
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Years of experience in project management, preferably in IAM or cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, tools, and technologies (e.g., SSO, MFA, RBAC)
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM) are a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
