This position is part of the Technical Project Management team located in Fargo, ND and will be on-site. You will be a part of the Technical Project Management team and report to the Manager, Technical Project Management

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage complex technical projects, serving as the liaison between internal stakeholders and the client.
• Work collaboratively with the Project/Program Manager(s) and clients to communicate regular project updates, cost impacting project changes, on-time and on-budget completion of milestones, action items, and project deliverables.
• Proactively identify barriers to success and work with cross-functional team members to generate and implement solutions.
• Effectively navigate and resolve conflict with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and nurture relationships.
• Closely track and forecast tasks and project timelines as well as provide team with early warnings on possible variances.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences or related field.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
