Compensation: $86,715/annually (PLP); $99,860/annually (LP)

The Psychologist- Assessment is responsible for planning and carrying out integrated psychological evaluations. They will assess, diagnose, use norm-referenced testing, and provide recommendations to inform treatment. This is an office-based position providing face-to-face services. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Conduct psychological evaluations, including clinical interview, review of records, psychological testing, test scoring, report writing, and feedback sessions
* Service delivery both face-to-face and through Telehealth
* Write concise, evidence-based, and strength-based reports that provide clear recommendations for treatment and educational planning
* Well versed and competent around administration of tests or measures
* Agreeable to training and education around any unfamiliar clinical work needed at Compass Health
* Complete all required OTR/PA's to allow for billing of service in a timely manner
* Complete appropriate number of psychological evaluations to meet productivity expectations
* Document clinical service delivery within 24 hours of consumer contact. Documentation meets all appropriate HIPPA and Medicaid/Medicare documentation guidelines
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in an electronic health record system
* Coordinate with integrated treatment team
* Perform job duties with an efficient use of time
* Attend outpatient staff meetings for agency communication, clinical consultation, and training
* Attend local and regional meetings as needed
* Provide supervision to psychology interns and residents
* Abide by all professional, certification, and corporate ethical standards in performance duties
* Other duties as assigned
Doctorate degree in psychology required
At least two (2) years' experience preferred
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Missouri PLP or LP required
