Quality Control Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Quality Control (QC) Analyst to join our team at our pharmaceutical manufacturing. The QC Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Document test results and maintain accurate records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with FDA and other regulatory standards.
• Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment such as HPLC, UV-Vis, and other analytical instruments.
• Assist in method validation and stability studies.
• Investigate and troubleshoot any out-of-specification (OOS) results, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Support the creation and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and samples in accordance with safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-compliant laboratory is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of analytical testing techniques and laboratory instrumentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
