As a Real Estate Manager, a typical day might include the following:
- Develop and present short and long-term property real estate lease, acquisition, or disposal through concise business analysis in support of SEL's strategic plan.
- Complete due diligence packages, including property research, title reports, vesting deeds, zoning maps, parcel maps, street maps, etc. for selected sites
- Prepare executable leasing packages, license and/or easement agreements with identified property owners
- Coordinate and lead site visits with and without a multi-disciplinary team
- Provide and report accurate project management
- Develop, measure, and review process and work standards for SEL field offices.
- Apply SEL values in serving customers and representatives. Support the education of field office employees, representatives, and suppliers in SEL's way of doing business
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio planning activities, including opportunities by region for SEL held properties
- Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes
- Other duties as assigned
This job might be for you if you:
- Have a bachelors degree in business, finance or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 10 years experience in real estate, development and project management
- Have knowledge of successful financial and business models
- Have knowledge of and familiarity with contracts, legal and other related activities
- Are fluent in all aspects of design/construction
- Have excellent business, leadership and communication skills
- Have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- Are able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Are able to work cooperatively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Action, detail and results oriented
- Proven ability to successfully supervise and lead technical teams
Physical Requirements:
- Unrestricted Travel
- Ability to lift 40# or assist in office set up activities

Pay Range DataReal Estate Manager $66,800.00 - $104,600.00 per year We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location
