Client in Los Angeles is seeking a Receptionist/Front Desk Administrator to work onsite

Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Remote or In Office: In Office
Hours: M-F 9am-5:30pm
Parking Details: parking is provided
Job Title: Receptionist
Pay: $20/hr
Benefits: 401k with employer match up to 5%, M/D/V - company covers 50% of premiums, PTO (2 weeks vacation, sick leave)
Duration: Direct Hire - permanent

Job Description and Requirements: the Receptionist will help support the office of 35 employees. Serve as front desk and assisting with administrative duties.
*Answering phones, scanning in documents, mailings, downloading and coding invoices
*Must have good organizational skills, be on time and willing to multitask
*Other potential office projects and work on company events
