Major/Essential Functions
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training for a new full time Residency Coordinator.
- Support transition to paperless system, while maintaining GME program and resident/fellows records according to State and ACGME record retention requirements.
- Share best practices, processes, and industry insights gained throughout career.
- Advise on issues or inquiries from residents/fellows, faculty, Institutional GME office.
