Duties: This technical position will support the work funded by National Institute of Drug Abuse grant which focuses on the neurobiological underpinnings of cocaine craving using animal models. Prior experience working with rats and/or mice is required since the position involves performing all aspects of experiments involving self-administration including rodent surgery and daily behavioral testing. Familiarity with cellular and molecular techniques including RT-PCR and Western blotting are also desirable.
Position is contingent on continued funding.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 0 to 1 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
