SUMMARY
Plans and performs a wide variety of maintenance, repair and installation duties involving more than one of the following: millwright, machinist, mechanic, plumbing and electrical trades fields.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Able to perform under the direction of the maintenance Crew Leader all necessary maintenance, repair, and service duties on plant mobile equipment including Forklifts, Trucks, Log Loaders, and Electric dollies.

Additional duties will include repair and service plant dryers, lathes, clippers, splicers, saws, mobile equipment, supply systems such as gas, electric, water and air, waste disposal systems and attendant conveyor systems.

Maintains safety and housekeeping standards, and performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

SAFETY HAZARDS AND PPE REQUIRED
PPE required: Steel Toe Boots, Safety Glasses

PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Sustained physical effort, continuity of effort. Short-cycle work requiring continuous activity. Handling time equivalent to total machine time. Must concentrate mental and visual attention, coordinating a high degree of manual dexterity with close visual attention for sustained periods.

Pay Rate $25.22/hr based on experience
