We are seeking undergraduate sophomore or junior students majoring in Safety Management, Safety Sciences, Environmental Health, Environmental Sciences, or a related field for a 12-Week Student Intern role to be based in Newark, DE for a May 19th - August 8th contract period.

Position Duties:

  • Conduct industrial hygiene and exposure monitoring
  • Collaborate with environmental managers on natural resource reduction projects education and communication
  • Perform chemical inventory assessments
  • Coordinate audits and inspections of multiple departments of the site
  • Provide support to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) staff members on project-related work

Position Requirements:
  • Undergraduate sophomore and junior students working towards a degree in Safety Management, Safety Sciences, Environmental Health, Environmental Sciences, or a related field. *Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2025.
  • MS Office experience required. PowerBI is a plus
  • Familiar with Regulatory Text such as EPA and OSHA
  • Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design.
  • US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
  • This role will not be providing CPT/OPT support.
  • Ability to report onsite to Newark, DE 5 days a week. This role will not provide relocation assistance, and will prioritize local applicants.
  • Minimum grade point average of 3.0
