Your Role:

As part of the Process Solutions Commercial Excellence organization, you will join a global team of Salesforce CRM Business Administrators focused on the Global Life Science Process Solutions (PS) business processes and CRM platform. This team is responsible for designing effective business processes, delivering unique solutions, and serving as PS primary contact for Life Science Salesforce CRM. Your role will involve enabling and promoting CRM adoption within the PS global sales organization. You will represent the PS business perspective in Life Science Salesforce Governance and collaborate with IT to facilitate global Customer Sales & Support business processes on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily CRM administrative support for the PS users on Salesforce including user setup, configuration changes, system configuration and data maintenance.
  • Act as a business partner for key functions within the Process Solutions business unit (Sales, Customer Excellence, Technical Service, Salesforce Governance, IT) to facilitate the evolution of the global Salesforce Platform, particularly for the mConfig and Artista portfolios.
  • Collaborate closely with business partners to provide regular updates and align on priorities and projects. Ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Hypercare support, and training for these projects. Understand the processes and needs of business partners to guide stakeholders through the entire deployment journey, from kickoff, user requirement to hypercare and adoption.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in key process areas and Salesforce Clouds (e.g. Sales, CPQ), driving global harmonization in process changes and developing blueprint documentation to enhance CRM efficiency and adoption across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solution documentation including Requirements, Process Flows, data models, Knowledge Articles and technical specifications.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a science, technology, or business-related field (e.g., Economics, Engineering).
  • Certified Salesforce.com Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting or implementing Salesforce applications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in declarative automation and/or Salesforce ecosystem features.
  • Proven project management abilities in implementing new solutions, managing stakeholders, and overseeing change management in large cross-functional organizations.
  • Understanding of high-level processes and process mapping across applications, including front-end CRM and back-end ERPs.
  • Familiarity with Scrum, Agile methodologies, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with strong problem-solving and process-oriented thinking
  • Proactive team player with a self-motivated work ethic, capable of thriving in a global, multicultural environment. The team operates autonomously and self-organizes, working remotely while collaborating on clear deliverables with deadlines.
  • Experience in consulting or within a Sales organization with an existing Salesforce CRM will be a plus
  • Willingness to travel domestically and globally on a limited basis

Pay range for this position:

$93,900.00 - $158,300.00

Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
