Description:
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Trader to join our team, focusing on the western states territory. This role requires extensive travel, approximately 50% of the time, to engage with clients and prospects across the region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, preferably with a degree, and substantial experience in the scrap metal industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the scrap metal sector across the western states.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Travel to client sites, industry events, and conferences to promote products and services.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (4years) in sales within the scrap metal industry.
• Strong understanding of metal commodities and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the western states region (50% travel required).
• Residence in the western United States is mandatory.
• Established network of contacts in the scrap metal industry.
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
