Title: SAP Professional Services Industry Solution Expert
Location: Hybrid - Malvern, PA
Duration: 9 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Description:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Professional Services industry solutions in the Public Cloud environment.
• Utilize a "Fit to Standard" approach to ensure SAP's predefined configurations are applied, minimizing the need for custom development and focusing on leveraging out-of-the-box functionality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Governance, Organizational Change Management, and Solution Design, to align business processes with SAP Professional Services solutions.
• Analyze the client's existing professional services processes, assess gaps, and map them to SAP standard solutions. Facilitate discussions to align the client's operations with industry best practices.
• Guide clients through decision-making processes, helping them adopt SAP standard solutions and understand the impact on their business.
• Participate in client workshops, providing expertise on professional services business processes, gathering requirements, and leading solution design sessions.
• Ensure proper integration of SAP Professional Services industry solutions with other functional areas such as finance, sales, procurement, and project management.
• Develop key performance metrics and ensure financial and operational reporting processes are optimized through SAP standard tools.
• Assist with the creation of user stories and business use cases to ensure that system configurations and solutions meet client expectations.
• Provide ongoing support during and after implementation to ensure smooth adoption of the SAP Professional Services solution and optimization of processes.
• Stay current with SAP updates and innovations, particularly in the Public Cloud environment, and provide guidance to clients on best practices and future enhancements.

Requirements:

• Senior-level expertise in SAP Professional Services industry solutions, with a minimum of 8+ years of experience implementing SAP in professional services environments.
• Extensive experience working with SAP S/4HANA Professional Services modules, including SAP PS (Project Systems), SAP CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheets), and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Proven experience with "Fit to Standard" implementation methodology, focusing on out-of-the-box solutions in SAP Public Cloud.
• Strong understanding of SAP Professional Services business processes, including project management, resource planning, billing, time management, and financial integration.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Experience working in a cloud-based SAP environment, with familiarity with SAP Public Cloud architecture and tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing deliverables and meeting project timelines.
• Strong analytical skills to assess current client processes, identify gaps, and recommend SAP standard solutions.
• Ability to guide clients in aligning their business processes with SAP's best practices, minimizing customizations and focusing on fit-to-standard solutions.
• Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, partnering with business leaders, IT, and SAP solution teams.
