SAP Solution Lead (Extended Warehouse Management)

Salary: $130,000.00 USD Annually - $135,000.00 USD Annually

Role Summary: As an SAP Solutions Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the transformation of our business processes. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, challenges, and improvement opportunities within our existing SAP EWM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Partner with business units to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for technology solutions.
• Process Analysis: Assess end-to-end business processes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
• Solution Development: Shape requirements into actionable solutions, collaborating with core technology teams.
• Liaison with Stakeholders: Serve as the main point of contact between IT and business functional stakeholders.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Become the go-to expert in EWM technology and related areas.
• Global Transformation: Contribute to our global business transformation program enabled by SAP EWM and other solutions.
• Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates, ad hoc reports, and insights to management.
• Project Coordination: Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, focusing on Manufacturing.
• User Engagement: Coordinate resources, handle direct communication with end users, and ensure effective solution adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience (Master's degree) or 8 years of experience (Bachelor's degree) in implementing SAP solutions or a similar role.
• Experience serving as a Solutions Leader around SAP EWM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL, data extraction techniques, and data reporting/analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

**Total salary up to ~150k (base between 130-135k, plus ~15% expected bonus and full benefits)
