Baer is looking for an SAP TM Consultant for a 6+ month project located in Phoenix, AZ.

Title: SAP TM Consultant
Location: Hybrid - travel to Phoenix up to 50%
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2

Description:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP TM solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes and requirements.
• Serve as a functional expert in SAP TM, providing in-depth knowledge and insights to optimize transportation management processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design effective SAP TM solutions that meet client needs.
• Work closely with other SAP modules and third-party systems to ensure seamless integration and efficient data flows within the SAP landscape.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and validate configurations to ensure the SAP TM solution meets the expected performance and functionality standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user manuals to support ongoing maintenance and training.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP TM innovations and best practices to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of solutions delivered.

Requirements:

• 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP TM configuration and functional work.
• Deep expertise in SAP TM, with a strong understanding of transportation planning, execution, and charge management processes.
• Proven ability to get hands-on with SAP TM configuration, working directly within the system to build and optimize solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• SAP TM certification or relevant advanced degrees are a plus.
