Job Title: Scheduling Assistant
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Some extended hours may be required)
Job Overview:

This role involves coordinating daily workforce scheduling for our concrete and masonry projects, maintaining clear communication across teams, and ensuring effective management of employee records. Key Responsibilities:

Daily Manpower Scheduling: Work closely with superintendents to develop daily schedules that ensure efficient workforce allocation.

Communication Management: Facilitate smooth communication via email, texts, and phone calls to support team coordination.

Employee Engagement: Interact with field employees and foremen, addressing inquiries and providing needed support to promote a positive work atmosphere.

Vacation/Leave Management: Track and manage employee leave, maintaining accurate records and implementing leave policies.

Additional Support Tasks:
- Assist employees with mobile device setup and troubleshooting.
- Maintain employee training records.
- Perform data entry and administrative support as needed for HR functions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in human resources or related field, ideally within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in technology for communication and data management.
