Job Description:
As a Scrum Master in this contingent resource role, you will:
- Consult on complex initiatives: Provide expertise on large-scale planning and execution for Scrum or Agile projects.
- Analyze and review challenges: Tackle multi-faceted, long-term Scrum Master challenges that require thorough evaluation of various factors, including unprecedented and intangible elements.
- Resolve complex situations: Apply a deep understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet project deliverables.
- Collaborate strategically: Work closely with client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Scrum or Agile roles, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
