Seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee bookkeeping tasks for a entitiy in Lake Worth, Florida. This individual will be responsible for processing financials for 500 customers and oversee the on staff bookkeeper (AP & AR).

Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for 25-30 employees
- Prepare financial statements
- Assist outside CPA with tax reporting and filing
- Prepare journal entries
- Oversee GL
- Oversee AP & AR - ensure reconciliations are accurate
- Special financial modeling projects as necessary
- Process used sales taxes
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business OR relevent years of experience
- QuickBooks online experience required
- Excel required
- Ability to work on-site required
