Senior Digital Producer

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Producer to join their team. This role is primarily focused on executing high-quality digital projects, including landing pages, banner ads, and full site designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background and the ability to manage complex digital projects with efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing workflows and project forecasting
- Establish and implement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Serve as a Senior Digital Producer, managing projects by defining scope, creating estimates, building timelines, and leading cross-functional teams
- Communicate clearly with all resource types to ensure shared understanding of project goals/KPIs, path to success, project status, and risks
- Work with other team leads to identify and prospect for new digital opportunities

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 5+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communications skills
- Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Familiarity with Mac and PC platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, bug tracking software such as Jira, CMS platforms such as Wordpress and Squarespace

This will have a lot of flexibility to work remote, but candidates must be local to either Chicago or Milwaukee and open to going into the office on an as needed basis. This position is freelance through the end of the year, with potential for full-time employment in Q1.
