Job Overview:
Cloud infrastructure is undergoing a once-in-a-generation transformation. Cloud service providers (CSPs) are now deploying purpose built heterogeneous infrastructure that is more secure, intelligent and composable. As the world moves toward one trillion intelligent devices, the cloud to edge infrastructure required to onboard, process, and handle the resultant explosion in data is changing. At the heart of this transformation is Arm Neoverse platform which provides power efficient, high-performance compute solutions that can be adapted to increase the performance of cloud-native workloads.
The Senior Manager of Segment Marketing will work to advance Arm's presence and leadership in Cloud and Enterprise datacenter computing markets. You will help craft our product strategy, set GTM objectives and influence our product and solutions roadmap working closely across a multi-functional team. Arm's success is built on its vast ecosystem of partners and this ecosystem continues its rapid expansion. Working closely with ecosystem partners, you will align on product roadmap, GTM plans and strategies for successful deployment of the Arm based products into the market.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting our customer engagement strategy, business planning and forecasting, as well as guiding our internal teams toward building impactful solutions that highlight the benefits of Arm technology.
  • Be a confident advocate for the customer and help represent their requirements as you part of the team that helps make roadmap, commercial and investment decisions.
  • Make recommendations for design choices and help us close design cycles faster
  • Build ad hoc teams including internal technologists, segment marketing, ecosystem program managers, and sales, along with external parties such as semiconductor and ecosystem partners to complete business critical initiatives.
  • Develop positive relationships with industry partners & influencers, silicon providers and Hyperscalers to expand Arm's footprint and grow the ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain customer roadmaps and market models (TAM/SAM/SOM analysis)
  • Elevate our go-to-market plans, customer facing presentations and positioning!
  • Analyze competition and identify Arm's durable advantages to address FUD
  • Become an industry inspiring leader and represent ARM at standards groups, industry events and conferences!
Required Skills and Experience :
  • Strong technical background and understanding of cloud datacenter and hyperscale markets from semiconductor SoC level, key components, and server deployments.
  • Experience in design & development of datacenter systems or cloud applications
  • Strategic big picture thinking, curious and inquisitive
  • Ability to analyze industry dynamics with a view to developing forecasts, impacts, and practical strategies for gaining market share.
  • Active communication with managers, team members, and collaborators in the organization
  • Exceptional skills in content development for market analysis and presentations; solid Microsoft Office skills
  • Interpersonal skills to create and establish relationship and engagement with partners and customers.
  • Motivated to work unsupervised, both independently and as part of a team
  • Proven experience aligning multiple team members to pursue new strategies and tactical implementation of multi-pronged strategies.
  • Working Knowledge of ARM cores, tools, boards, applications software, and systems
"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Current knowledge of cloud datacenter server technologies and market dynamics, specifically around SoCs, datacenter servers, OEMs/ODMs, and Fabs
  • A proven track record in the cloud/datacenter/enterprise industry or related

Salary Range:$194,628-$263,321 per year
