Job Description:
Theprimary goalof the Elite Product Coach is to educate our customers on how to effectively use our products. The hybrid-remote Product Coach is responsible for conducting scheduled one on one training sessions and live webinars, focusing each on a feature or workflow within our products. These customers schedule a training through our website and the Elite Product Coach manages that schedule to contact the customer, identify their needs, and provide appropriate education.
While each product has a standard "lesson plan", customers often have unique workflows and needs. Elite Product coaches need to develop an extensive working knowledge of all our products to be able to answer any question and fit any workflow.
They utilize Instructional Design techniques to plan, create, and execute training for all customers.
Additionally, the Elite Product Coach will frequently interact cross departmentally to improve processes and the customer experience.
Job Qualifications:

Customer Service: 3 years of customer service, customer management, and relationship building experience or 2 years in a training or teaching environment.

Communication: Demonstrated active listening skills and the ability to communicate with people of varying skill levels

Passion: for teaching, advocating for our customers, and making process improvements.
- Previous experience in content creation or technical writing is a plus.
