Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Product Manager:

• Define the product vision & strategy for products that support the omnichannel customer journey.
• Drive incremental sales, profit, and increased customer satisfaction through the delivery and use of products and capabilities.
• Leverage market trends & consumer research, competitive analysis, metrics, data analysis, and customer feedback to identify business and customer experience opportunities.
• Develop business cases that support investment in new and updated products.
• Maintain a product roadmap and set priorities that align with other business units, product teams, user experience, and IT teams.
• This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension and conversion to full-time.

Required Skills for Senior Product Manager:

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, with recent retail eCommerce experience required.
• Experience with PDP, Top of funnel work.
• Experience working on customer-related products in a retail/omnichannel environment.
• Experience writing user stories.
• Experience with merchandising/working with merchants.
• Product or digital certifications are a huge plus.
