Senior ServiceNow Developer

IDR is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join one of our top clients in a remote capacity. This role involves supporting the Architect and Lead Engineers in configuring and developing products and/or new applications within the ServiceNow platform. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior ServiceNow Developer:

• Support the Architect and Lead Engineers in configuring and developing products and/or new applications within the ServiceNow platform

• Ensure that technical standards are followed and documentation is prepared for releases and/or go-live events

• Work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Prepare technical documentation and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards

• This is a 6+ month contract position requiring a commitment of 30 hours per week

Required Skills for Senior ServiceNow Developer:

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience

• Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant or in a related role with hands-on experience in configuration and development

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices

• Experience with ITAM Core, Hardware Asset Management (HAMP), and Software Asset Management (SAMP)

• Expertise in Vulnerability Response (VR) and handling SecOps integrations

• Ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and services to enhance platform functionality

• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and their implementation within ServiceNow
