As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising construction field crews, managing equipment and logistics, and liaising with clients. You will also be involved in cost estimating, hazard analysis, safety inspections, and accident investigation.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in marine and/or heavy civil construction supervisory positions. You should possess strong interpersonal, leadership, and verbal/written communication skills. A degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
