Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Platform Administrator:
- Provide technical expertise to support customer implementations of products developed on the ServiceNow platform
- Administer and support platform technologies
- Ensure overall performance, availability, and fitness of applications and environments
- This is a 3+ month contract with the possibility of extension
Required Skills for ServiceNow Platform Administrator:
- 3+ years of experience in IT or software development
- 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SSL, SAML/SSO and other such technologies
- Ability to consult and support, providing options with pros, cons, and risks
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, etc.) and working in a SaaS environment
