Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Duties/Description:
* Answer high volume of incoming calls from individuals involved in various settlements.
* Investigate and answer claimant questions as received while observing excellent customer service skills.
* Data entry duties to transcribe phone calls.
* Assist with troubleshooting data irregularities.
* Do callbacks to individuals who left voicemails.
* Able to maintain a high level of accuracy and effectively resolve calls.
* Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
* Help with Invoicing as needed.
Requirements:
* H.S. Diploma or equivalent
* Candidate that shows confidence to quickly learn the job and grasp details.
* Must have excellent attendance and be reliable.
* Minimum 1 year of call center experience or office experience (Spanish Bilingual is a plus)
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a polite and pleasant demeanor.
Additional Info:
* Pay: $22/hr.
* Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday
* Location: 100% in-office, Chanhassen
