Salary: $135,000.00 USD Annually - $160,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
The Judge Group is seeking an Site FSQA Manager with food manufacturing experience in the Dodge City KS area. Relocation provided for great candidates.

COMPENSATION: $135k to 165k

LOCATION: Onsite

RELOCATION: Provided for the right candidate

MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree in related field plus

MUST HAVE: 7+ years of related experience

MUST HAVE: PCQI and GFSI certification

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as the SME for GMP's, HACCP, HARPC, SQF, Sanitation and regulatory issues in the plant

- Manage food safety, sanitation, and quality investigations (Out of specification in-process and finished product test results)

- Oversee environmental monitoring and pre-operational inspection program programs

- Ensure Site Hygiene & GMP, HACCP Plan policies are adhered too

- Audit systems for compliance

- Implement sanitation programs (CIP validation, Environmental cleaning, Swabbing/Inspections)

- Design system improvements

- Plan and get approval for Laboratory & Food Safety budget

- Maintain GLPs

- Facilitate site regulatory inspections

- Oversee coordination of GFSI certification, Kosher & Halal, and act as backup SQF practitioner

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's degree in related field plus

- 7+ years of related experience

- PCQI and GFSI certification
