About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and maintain general ledger accounts and financial transactions.
- Processing monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Expense reports and managing multiple deadlines for Payroll, AP and AR.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on general ledger experience.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Associate's degree in Accounting accepted with strong experience.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
