Role reports to: NA Community Engagement and Business Solution Leader

Location: Kenvue is currently in the process of moving it's Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ. This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman. (Open to Remote)

Travel : 5-10%

Pay: $60,000.00 to $96,600.00

What you will do

The Social Media Community & Engagement Associate will support the Neutrogena® U.S. brand and responsible for
Social Media

  • Lead strategic oversight and credentials of social media platforms accounts to align with global governance and Sprinklr integration for compliant consumer engagement monitoring and moderation of paid and owned reach activations.
  • Lead the strategic connectivity with the Consumer Care Center and the Neutrogena Brand Equity and Social Media Specialists to ensure positive community engagement experiences through consistent projection of brand image, voice, and persona across all consumer-facing channels
  • Ensure front-line Social Media Specialists are mentored and trained to ensure brand image, voice, and persona are projected effectively and consistently.
Consumer Experience Advocacy and Consumer Care Center (CCC), ALTA
  • Maintain strong connectivity to business, establishing solid understanding of brand priorities and audience reach plans including new product introductions (discontinuations), media, promotions, sampling/rating & review programs as well as changes to claims, packaging, and labeling.
  • Lead/Maintain strategic connectivity with our Brand Champion and CCC Social Media Specialist pods to ensure brand equity and portfolio knowledge depth and breadth.
  • Maintain expertise in direct consumer engagement including careful communication, customer concern, and compliance.
  • Champion voice-of-the-consumer and optimization of the consumer experience: advocate for consumer needs and preferences! Proactively look for opportunities to expand brand passion and improve consumers experiences with the brand.
  • Contribute to the development of Brand strategies and tactics that impact consumer engagement channels including social media (organic and paid), partnerships, lifestyle influencer partnerships, ratings and reviews, as well as Consumer Care channels (1/800#, Brand.com Contact Us pages).
  • Partner with Brand leaders, Communications and PR personnel, as well as the CCC Operation to handle crises and critical issues.
Intelligence, Analytics, and Reporting
  • Lead consumer care center data, including product complaints and social media insight, reporting and share outs with actionable recommendations.
  • Uses analytical tools and skills to collect and analyze data that supports business recommendations and/or highlights compelling consumer insights and business opportunities.


What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
  • 4-Year Undergraduate Degree
  • 3-5 years of social media and/or community engagement experience
  • Experience using community engagement platforms (i.e., Sprinklr)

Desired Qualifications

The candidate will come with confirmed experience in working across category and interdisciplinary teams to ensure there is proper visibility and understanding, as well as cross-functional alignment on approach.
