Job Title: Software Engineer (Contingent Resource)

Job Description: As a Software Engineer in this contingent resource assignment, you will:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering.
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables.
• Leverage a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.

Additional Skills:

• Full software lifecycle Java development (front-end Angular, back-end Java) for existing applications requiring functional enhancements and technical modifications/migrations.
• Deliverable expectations include code coverage, test automation, build and deployment activities to a private cloud environment (including production release engagement), and full adherence to secure coding practices.
• Additional responsibilities include production support/issue triaging, active participation in all scrum team ceremonies, and full usage of Jira.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
