Position Overview: As a Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing complex initiatives with broad impact. You'll be involved in large-scale planning for software engineering projects, addressing multi-faceted challenges that require in-depth evaluation of various factors, including intangibles and unprecedented scenarios. Your expertise will contribute to resolving intricate situations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and deliverables. Collaborating strategically with client personnel will be a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with a significant impact on the organization.
• Analyze and review larger-scale or longer-term software engineering challenges.
• Evaluate multiple factors, including intangibles and unprecedented elements.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations.
• Understand and adhere to function-specific policies and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with client teams to achieve project goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise through one or a combination of the following:
  • Work experience
  • Consulting background
  • Relevant training
  • Military service
  • Education

Additional Skills:

• Proficiency in the following areas:
  • SSIS Packages development and debugging
  • Advanced SQL coding
  • Tableau Dashboards & Reporting
  • Data Analysis
  • Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Converting business requirements into technology specifications
  • Conducting Unit and Integration testing
  • Assisting in User Acceptance testing and troubleshooting
  • Managing production deployment and automation processes
