Apply now for the position of Angiography Clinical Education Specialist and you will facilitate best-in-class Clinical Education on Siemens Imaging systems and components, by providing expert technical training that fosters customer excellence while working with modality team members, to continually develop clinically relevant knowledge and expertise to ensure a positive customer experience.

Your role:

• You prepare and gather necessary regulatory-approved documentation for end-user training.
• You engage in routine travel Monday through Friday per the Business need with potential requests to support extended hours and weekends.
• You engage in effective and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• You conduct clinical training to educate staff on how to use Siemens equipment safely and effectively for newly installed systems, upgraded software/hardware features, and ongoing/remedial training as needed.
• You complete regulatory and core process documents per policy guidelines (Timecards, expense reports, vendor credentialing, daily in-service reports, etc.).
• You coordinate and facilitate impactful training activities that result in excellent clinical outcomes with minimal impact on patient care, workflow, and productivity.
• You maintain clinical and technical competency through continued education and participation in Siemens training programs.
• You participate in end of engagement feedback session for FlexForce Coach improvements.

Your expertise:

• Valid ARRT or equivalent National Certification to relevant modality BA or BS preferred
• Minimum 5 years dedicated clinical experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years dedicated clinical experience on contemporary Siemens equipment and software preferred
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office tools (Outlook email/calendar, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
• Teaching Experience
• Ability to Travel M-F throughout the United States

The pay range for this position is $100,000- $115,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is 8% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
