ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Provide exceptional customer service
a. Be knowledgeable of all rules pertaining to the specific league
b. Provide feedback and customer service to all members of the teams
c. Maintain the cleanliness in respected area in which you are working. At the close of the games make sure the facility is clean and free of any bottles or food.
d. Be on time to all shifts and in appropriate uniform
e. Arrive to the game at least 15 minutes prior to get paperowrk, walkie talkie and to set up desk, scoreboard, nets...etc
f. Communicate any issues with players or staff to Program Director
g. Record all scores on the appropriate sheet and submit to Program Director
h. Fill out incident reports for any injures and give to MOD
2. Provide proper instruction, training, and programming to learn sport activity.
. Coordinate individual and group lessons, develop training programs based on student skills, and evaluate student performance.
a. Develop suitable training programs for students based on their age, objectives, and individual skill sets.
b. Identify the learning styles that work best for each student and adapting all coaching methods accordingly.
c. Provide a secure and productive learning environment for student.
d. Assist the Works in marketing and advertising programs and services.
e. Assist in managing enrollment and scheduling of student, events, and programming using the Works Club Automation software.
Qualifications
Experience Preferred/Desired
o One year Sports experience
Education Preferred/Desired
o High school diploma or equivalent
Licensure and/or Certifications Required
o CPR within 3 months of hire
Licensure and/or Certifications Preferred/Desired
o First Aid Certifications
