Summary of Role:
- During the Enterprise Transformation, reconcile finance data (e.g., Finance code block, data fields) across Oracle and SAP platforms and perform data maintenance and data cleansing activities to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Create, maintain, and reconcile finance master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organization-wide data standards, policies, and finance data strategy.
- The role involves developing and managing the Business Unit's financial plans and policies, while also conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Ensure data is available, consistent, reliable, accessible, secure and timely to support the mission of the organization
- Assure the management of data quality monitoring practices and generate and remediate recurring master data reports
- Work closely with CIO and IT teams to ensure data can be used across the entire organization
- Manage Finance code block in SAP (Company Codes, Chart of Accounts, Cost Center, Profit Center), including mapping of Oracle changes to SAP and vice versa
- Map data fields (along with transformation logic) from the legacy to SAP (supported by IT and Business organizations)
- Develops, implements, and maintains the financial plans and policies of Business Unit
- Assesses the financial impact of key business decisions, including operating expense planning, capital allocation, cost/pricing initiatives, and others for both the mid- and long-range planning horizons
- Monitors financial performance through analyzing and reporting variances to forecasts
- Establishes fiscal controls, prepares financial reports, maintain strong relationships with product management, sales, R&D and site finance teams
- Performs a variety of financial planning & analysis activities
- Conducts significant ad-hoc analysis to ensure the best corporate decisions are made to achieve operational and financial objectives
- Increases organizational productivity by working with internal partners to develop repeatable business processes
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
- Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Education - Bachelor's in Finance or related field.
- Strong data analysis, data quality management, and technical proficiency in data mapping and transformation
- Effective communication and collaboration with business and IT teams to support data-centric strategies
- Understanding of finance industry principles, regulations, and financial data management
- Project management skills
- Experience with Oracle, SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Ariba
- Travel - Up to 10%
- Fluency in English Language - written & verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
- Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Experience with Finance System Transformation and Anaplan is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning & organizational skills.
Expected Salary Range$53,000.00 - $109,200.00
