Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr Business Analyst:

• Lead and implement transformation projects from OnPrem to Cloud, upgrading legacy applications to the latest technologies
• Collaborate with diverse teams, from Admin to C-suite, effectively communicating project updates and requirements
• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables
• Work onsite at our client's location in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for partial remote work

Required Skills for Sr Business Analyst:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4 years in a lead role
• Proven experience implementing projects from scratch, without the use of third-party implementers
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and articulate project requirements to diverse teams
• Techno-functional skills, with the ability to understand and communicate with technical teams
