Senior Digital Project Manager

Are you an experienced digital project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We're seeking a talented individual to lead and motivate diverse teams on large-scale digital projects.

In this role, you will independently manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes. As a Scrum Master, you will lead effective Agile ceremonies and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects. You'll serve as a key client contact, proactively monitoring and reporting on project status, while fostering a collaborative team environment.

To be successful in this position, you'll need:

- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 1-2 years of Agile experience
- Exposure to a variety of management techniques, including Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams, consisting of 4 to 8 people
- Proven track record of delivering large digital projects ($1M+, 9+ months)
- In-depth understanding of the digital development process and technologies
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with project management tools like Confluence, JIRA, or equivalents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences

Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal) or eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify)
- Certifications such as CSM or PMP
