This person must drive innovation with their immediate team and peers, influencing key stakeholders. You will lead initiatives to explore new AI technologies and their application in commerce. You will keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive forward-thinking UX strategies.

You will cultivate a visually sophisticated brand experience that resonates with our target audience, all while influencing stakeholders to champion the design vision. You will lead a team that has passion for designing intuitive cross-platform experiences leveraging prototyping techniques, empathy, and research with a test & learn mindset.You will help us find, develop, and retain next gen talent.
You will report to the VP, Experience Design, Foundations and be a member of our Experience Design leadership team where we use our design and research skills to inspire and influence across the company.
