Our client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Sr Director - Product Management to join their team. This individual will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and technology, leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative software solutions that transform the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively bridge between business and technology to achieve company objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and innovative software solutions
- Engage with cross-functional leadership across the company to capture and reflect product needs and emerging trends
- Monitor agile team performance to continuously improve and reach the highest quality, lowest cost delivery cycle
- Ensure customer needs are met through roadmap and strategy, identifying opportunities to guide best practice product management practices
- Prioritize, execute, and deliver on program backlog initiatives in alignment with company vision and objectives
- Establish and manage customer feedback loops, exhibiting strong communication and positive partnership stakeholder management
- Achieve delivery team performance targets while monitoring controls, mitigating risk, and aligning with stakeholders on readiness objectives and user needs

Minimum Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in financial, insurance and/or operations
- Proven successful strategic leadership, business acumen, relationship building, and leading/ developing people in technical projects

Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile/ SAFE training & certifications
- Working knowledge of ALM software: JIRA/Polarion/ etc.
