Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Executive Presentation Designer and Storyteller to join their dynamic team. This part-time role, offering approximately 20 hours per week, provides the flexibility to accommodate the ebb and flow of work. While the position is 100% remote, candidates local to our client's location in St. Paul who can occasionally come onsite are preferred.

As a Sr. Executive Presentation Designer and Storyteller, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership and senior communication strategists to create impactful presentations. Your primary responsibility will be to produce on-time, error-free, on-brand, and properly constructed Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for a wide range of initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create executive leadership presentations intended for various internal and external audiences
- Collaborate with diverse teams to develop compelling PowerPoint presentations that visually convey key ideas and communication objectives
- Operate flexibly within tight deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Provide presentation art direction, bringing visuals, charts, graphics, and formatting to life in unique ways that capture audience attention
- Understand and apply the latest PowerPoint trends and designs
- Consistently and accurately apply established brand guidelines across all presentation designs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, technical writing, instructional design, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional PowerPoint presentation design experience
- High to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience partnering with executive leadership
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience building senior executive and financial presentations, synthesizing complex information
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Strong graphic design, layout, and analytical skills; proven visualization skills, including infographics, charts, and tables
- Willingness and availability to work outside of standard business hours as needed
- Preferred: Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or other regulated industries
