Sr. Full Stack Developer

Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic App Growth team within the Customer Relationship and Engagement Technology (CRET) space. This team is responsible for driving the strategy for the customer-facing mobile app, owning unique features, and enhancing the user experience.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be part of a team that includes mobile developers, backend developers, and QA engineers. You will be responsible for designing, building, testing, releasing, and maintaining mobile application features and the backend systems that support them.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the architecture and development of mobile application and web features
- Use modern tools and technologies consistent with our technology stack: native mobile, React Native, Java, AWS
- Collaborate with peer developers, UX, Product Management, Design, QA, and other engineering groups
- Articulate engineering design strategies related to scale, performance, security, and usability
- Develop products that demonstrate an eye for amazing design, strong product focus, and exceptional user experience

Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of Full Stack Experience
- Mobile development experience, in iOS, Android, or React Native
- JavaScript experience, ideally in the React family
- Experience with Java/Spring/Maven and a great understanding of object-oriented design
- Solid technical communication skills with business partners and other engineer teams
- Experience using version control systems such as Git
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, ideally AWS

Preferred Skills:
- Ability to articulate engineering design strategies related to scale, performance, security, and usability
- Experience with Agile software development
- Large enterprise and/or retail experience
