Job Description:

Sr Principal, Product Management is crucial role in the planning, development, and lifecycle management for the products in our Fraud Solutions business line. From client research and revenue forecasting, to strategy planning and execution, you'll guide our path to the future by identifying new areas of revenue-generating opportunity, analyzing technology, customer requirements, workflows, market trends and competitive gaps. In addition, you will perform the following:

  • Support business plans and strategy with ROI and financial analysis.
  • Lead, participate and present values of products to key industry organizations, conferences and forums, and act as an industry expert for mortgage fraud, including creation of thought leadership materials.
  • Monitor industry trends and assess how they will impact the business.
  • Partner with other senior leaders to establish long term strategic plans and objectives. Lead new product definition and business plans across functions. Support the definition of the product strategy and maintain the product roadmap, which includes prioritized features, corresponding justification and estimated costs. Work with business unit managers and staff to ensure plans are integrated with broader strategies.
  • Work with clients to understand high level issues and future business operations.
  • Determine market opportunities and guide pricing decisions, distribution and competitive positioning.
  • Provide leadership in strategic planning for the Product Management Team. Monitor the development of business plans, manage lifecycles and product positioning in the marketplace.
  • Achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, legislators, industry associations and suppliers.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • 10+ years related experience, with mortgage fraud investigation, risk management, and mortgage operations workflow experience preferred
  • 5+ years management/leadershipexperience preferred
  • Understanding of model creation, validation, maintenance, and governance
  • Ability to guide in-depth data analysis and combination of new and existing data to support the growth of new derived data, methods, and innovations to distinguish our solutions.
  • Excellent project management, organizational and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and group communication skills. Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. Strong communication skills and leadership presence.
  • Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and to be able to make good judgment when faced with trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated success of establishing, managing and maintaining effective working relationships at the senior management level, internal and external to the organization.
  • Negotiation skills to influence strategic issues requiring coordination across functional lines or influencing senior leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain tight deadlines.
  • Strong results orientation with demonstrated track record of success; display orientation to profitability.
  • Experience with project development methodology (ie, Agile, Waterfall, Extreme) and associated workflow tools and platforms.
  • High degree of adaptability.
  • Ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
  • High level presentation skills

Annual Pay Range:
145,900 - 225,000 USD
