Summary of Role:
We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365 CE) Lead Solution Architect (Techno-Functional) to contribute to an ongoing D365 CE implementation as part of a pivotal business transformation and system replacement. This will be responsible for the following areas:

Essential Responsibilities
- Guide a variety of workstreams during major releases and ongoing maturation. Provide expert guidance on both functional and technical capabilities of D365 CE to meet business needs.
- Engage stakeholders and business users to (a) understand strategic and operational direction, (b) assist process owners with their documented requirements and (c) deliver functional designs that achieve business objectives leveraging D365 CE and the Power Platform.
- Develop and maintain a variety of models and architectural artifacts to reflect business processes, data structures, technical infrastructure utilization and operational readiness. Use these models to further knowledge and understanding across business and IT departments.
- Engage with Enterprise Architecture to adopt and grow the usage of supported technologies and the patterns of utilization, especially for integrated processes that connect with D365 CE.
- Develop and maintain technical designs and specifications to be used with various development teams. Designs must not only meet business requirements but also comply with standards (such as security and fiscal) and position the application for smooth, observable operations.
- Collaborate with internal DevOps teams to optimize development, testing and deployment activities to enable efficient and impactful delivery of functionality.
- Engage with partners and vendors to advance expertise in supported platforms, especially D365 CE and Power Platform. Conduct deep-dive product demonstrations and position those platforms to address business requirements and application roadmaps.
- Coordinate and provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the application.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computing, Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 7+ years of experience in implementing D365 CE overall
- 3+ years of experience as a D365 CE and Power Platform Solutions Architect with deep knowledge of customization patterns (UI, automation, integration, etc.)
- Experience with D365 CE and Power Platform in a complex, integrated enterprise-class implementations.
- Experience with integrations to/from D365 CE and applications in areas such as ERP, PLM, CLM, etc.
- Experience working with related Azure capabilities (Storage, APIM, serverless computing, security, etc..)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically Hi-Tech / Semiconductor manufacturing, is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with keen ability to tailor the communication across business and technical constituencies.
- Ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones.
- Locations - Austin, TX (a plus), Malta, NY, United States (a plus), Remote (with infrequent travel)
Expected Salary Range$103,000.00 - $194,200.00
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
