Ledgent Finance has an immediate opening for a Staff Accountant in Dover, NH. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience and will be proficient with General Ledger transactions.

Role: Staff Accountant (Direct Hire)

Location: Dover, NH (On-Site)

Pay: $70,000-$75,000

Premise: Assist accounting team and manager with the processing and reporting of financial information in accordance with policies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily processing of transactions into General Ledger system

• Daily and monthly account reconciliation

• Preparation of financial statements

• Assist manager with audit preparation

• Assist with Payroll, as needed

• Assist with AP and AR Billing

• Fixed asset reconciliation

• Assist with annual budget

Qualifications:

• 5 years of related accounting experience

• Experience with General Ledger

• Payroll Experience (ideal but not required)

• Strong analytical skills

• Intermediate MS Excel

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
