Description: Our client is currently seeking a Strategic Program Project Manager (Marketing)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Project Manager to lead the execution of our "Win Back" Program. This temporary assignment offers a unique opportunity to network and potentially secure a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects to completion on time and within budget, with strong experience in marketing program management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources to achieve the target completion of the full marketing program rollout by December 2025.
  • Organizing: Coordinate necessary tasks, key resources, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Leading: Guide and motivate the marketing team, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines. Initiate necessary project deliverables, such as survey deployment and integration with the ABM team.
  • Monitoring: Track project progress, identify potential risks, and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule.
  • Communicating: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and facilitating communication among team members.
  • Budgeting: Manage the project budget, ensuring costs are controlled and financial resources are used effectively.
  • Evaluating: Assess project outcomes upon completion, gather feedback, and identify lessons learned to improve future projects.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or 5+ years of marketing project management experience.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in developing and executing integrated marketing projects.
  • Strategic design of business processes in complex and matrix environments.
  • Ability to manage various stakeholders and build bridges across marketing, sales, and other departments.
  • Proven track record of partnerships with cross-functional teams, including agencies, operations, production, and executive stakeholders.
  • Digital savvy, including proficiency with project management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Personal qualities: self-driven, perseverant, reliable, direct, detail-oriented, curious, and creative.
