Primary Purpose of Position:

  • Facilitate training to Client Administrators & Account Executives on key topics (such as licensing, vehicle supply chain, fuel, etc.) that highlight impact to the customer, as well as system, resources, and key contacts available to navigate working towards a resolution.
  • Facilitate new & existing classes that support the Partners understanding of our core proficiencies & foundational principals of service
  • Partners with business leaders to enhance performance in support of business goals of the department and the performance needs of Partners.
  • Create & conduct skills training including, but not limited to systems training, time management, prioritization & escalation management, and meeting etiquette
  • Partners with key contacts across the organization to stay informed of most current processes & best practices and identify knowledge gaps to create and adjust onboarding activities accordingly
  • Create a stimulating and engaging learning experience by fostering an inclusive and interactive environment focused on content that teaches "what, why, how and when"
  • Collaborates with instructional designers and other subject matter experts to develop training curriculums & knowledge assessments that support department and organizational goals
  • Participate in new hire performance discussions to understand trends, results, upcoming changes and needs that will impact new hire onboarding
  • Remains current on developments in training and instructional methodologies including technology enhancements and attends periodic seminars, forums, and meetings to ensure currency of education
  • Supports questions and concerns from internal parties to clarify expectations, overcome obstacles, and engage leadership for visibility and support when needed.
  • Maintains awareness of trends in the fleet industry as well as new products, services, and technologies at Holman Fleet & Mobility; disseminates relevant details to team members.
  • Supports leadership with managing day-to-day operations, such as administrative tasks, building tours and special projects, as needed.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Education and/or Training:
  • Bachelor's degree required preferably in training, education, and business administration
  • Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs

Relevant Work Experience:
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the fleet management industry preferred
  • Experience in training, teaching and/or account management
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Extensive experience in corporate learning capacity developing, delivering, analyzing, and measuring learning programs
  • Possess knowledge and experience in Leadership Development program design and evaluation

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $81,210.00 - $117,760.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
