The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
JOB INPUTS
- Supervise and coordinate activities of the Supply Chain team and provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure efficient operations within the department.
- Act as liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and ensure order expectations are met.
- Develop and maintain efficient processes for post-order activities, including order confirmation, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
- Monitor vendor partner performance; identify concerns and implement corrective actions to ensure streamlined continuity of service.
- Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to improve their experience and ensure service satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing and registration requirements and regulations.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Training:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
- Proficient in analytical applications like Power BI and Business objects is preferred, but not required
Relevant Work Experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in supply chain management, logistics or a related area as an individual contributor
- Prior fleet management, automotive industry, or transportation logistics experience preferred
- Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department
- Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy

Click here for Washington State benefit information.Pay:We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $81,210.00 - $117,760.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
