Role Description
Summary: Clinical Safety Analytics Associate will play a critical role within the PV CoE. This position focuses on assisting with Summary:
The Cell Therapy External Manufacturing ERP Systems business analyst is part of the Cell Therapy Vector & External Manufacturing Operations (VEXMO) organization and will support the ERP business process for the external network. This role is responsible for preparing business requirement documents and ensures requirements are concise, clear, and testable. Must be able to articulate requirements into UAT scripts, understand SAP Master Data, and must have been involved in 3 full life-cycle ERP implementations. Given the dynamic nature of cell therapy, this role requires an individual who can provide structure while quickly adapting to change. The scope of the role includes both Commercial & Clinical phase assets and will collaborate extensively with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Project Management, Business Delivery, Supply Chain, Patient Operations, and Finance.
Job/experience highlights:
• Experience in biopharmaceutical clinical, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercialization, with knowledge of cGMP/Pharmaceutical
• Implementation and rollout experience in SAP S4 HANA -
• Responsible for supporting the roll-out of Global SAP S/4 Business solutions, including analysis workshops, UAT Planning, UAT executions, and deployment activities, including pre-post go-live tasks.
• Experienced and interested in working hands-on for the SAP ICO Supply chain solutions -S4 Hana environment includes,
• ICO Planning & Procurement process.
o Forecast, MPS & MRP
o Planned Order & Purchase Requisitions
o Purchase Orders, STO with subcontracting.
o Inventory management.
• Logistics Execution
o Inbound and Outbound delivery process
o PO Return process
o 3PL Integration with IDoc interface
o Intercompany Invoice Processing
• Logistics Invoice Verification
o Vendor Invoice processing
Skills & Requirements
• Familiar with Sub-Contracting Process
• Familiar with the HP ALM tool for test planning and executions
• Experience in technology software integrations and program delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
Education:
Bachelor's degree required in Science or Engineering or Supply chain
